Congress Kit and Name Badge
Upon registration you will receive a Congress kit that includes the printed material of the Congress and your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the Congress and to all official Congress events.
September in Budapest is generally cloudy and cold with frequent periods of rain and the possibility of snow. Temperatures range between 3°C (37ºF) to -1ºC (30ºF).
September is still pleasant with daily average temperatures falling between 15C -19C. With the arrival of autumn, daily sunlight hours are starting to dip to 9 hours a day and the lowest temperature mark could drop to 10C. Warm attire is recommended.
Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport
is the international airport serving the Hungarian capital city of Budapest, and the largest of the country's five international airports The Airport is located 16 kilometers (9.9 mi) east-southeast of the centre of Budapest.
The journey time from the airport to the Congress venue is approximately 30 minutes and costs EUR 40.00 each way.
From airport Terminal 2, take Bus 200 to the end-station, Kobanya–Kispest. Then take the underground M3 to Nyugati Palyaudvar. Alternatively, take Bus Nr 200 to Liszt Ferenc Airport Terminal 1, walk over the bridge to the train station and catch any train going to Budapest Nyugati Palyaudvar. The hotel is adjacent to the WestEnd shopping centre.
The journey by train takes approximately 20 minutes both from Keleti and Déli railway station to the hotel.
Keleti Railway Station
From Keleti railway station take Metro line Nr. 2 (red) to Blaha Luzja sq. (one stop) then switch to tramway Nr. 4 or 6 in the direction of Szell Kálmán sq. After five stops alight at Nyugati railway station. The hotel is 200 metres from the station.
Deli Railway Station
From Deli railway station take metro line Nr. 2 to Deak Ferenc Square then switch to Metro line 3 (blue). After 2 stops alight at Nyugati railway station.The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station.

Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to Hungary. Participants are requested to check with their local Hungarian Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.
